During chaotic events like neighbourhood fires, efficient team coordination is essential. To address this, Procedure collaborated with a client to create tailored Communication Systems, ensuring a streamlined and impactful response to potential disasters.

Ineffective communication is the catalyst for chaos, a precursor of delayed responses, and a multiplier of destruction. Our challenge was monumental: to simplify communication when every second matters.

Approach

Our client, a leader in mission-critical communication services, entrusted us with designing two essential platforms - a Control Room Web App and a Field Agent Mobile App. The web application's robust tools enable critical incident management—while the mobile app optimizes communication and collaboration for field agents.

Throughout the design process, we fleshed out low-fidelity wireframes to deliver production-ready designs that met client requirements.

We successfully created two software platforms that help control room operators and field agents perform their jobs more efficiently.
