Survival

Sections on intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and confidentiality continue to apply even after termination. Separate service agreements remain subject to their own clauses.

Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising from your use of Procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

Dispute Resolution Process
